Goodness Gracious this week is moving FAST!
I am currently staying up at my parents house looking after my littlest sister
NOT TO MENTION THE FACT I AM NOW DRIVING OVER A HOUR TO AND FROM WORK as apposed to a 5 min walk to work from my actual house!
Anyways things are a little odd but do you know what has now turned out to my most stable and comforting aspect of my life?
Can you believe it, I now relish the fact that no matter what is going on around me I have complete and utter control of what goes in my mouth! This is coming from a binge addict who sometimes couldn't even remember eating things! THANK YOU 12WBT!!

Thank goodness for blogging its so much cheaper that therapy but is far more helpful with break throughs ha ha!
Okie Dokie lets talk about what I ate on Tuesday which was 12wbt Day 9!
Breakfast was eaten once again at 8:30am YAY for Constancy! I had a wonderful slice of raisin toast (haven't had it in years and forgot how great it is) with ricotta (this 12wbt is turning me into a ricotta person!) and of course grated red apple. I thoroughly suggest always putting grated apples on toast I had know idea just how truely amazing it is I LOVE IT! However I am still only managing 1 slice of toast in the morning but with all this delicious stuff on it, it truely is rather filling.
Breakfast Stats: 136 Cals
For morning snack I had the usual Chia Latte and bottle of water, however no apple slices today SAD FACE! I need to buy more from the store. I know technically it would be cheaper and easier just to buy a apple and slice it but I always find that when I cut apples before work in the morning they go brown where as the apple packages I normally eat don't go brown! Anyway I wasn't all that hungry yesterday so my Chia latte totally hit the spot. I am still drinking HEAPS of water each day which makes me super happy however I am sick and tired of running to the bathroom every 2 hours busting ha ha!
Morning Stats: 110 Cals
So lets talk lunch shall we! Lunch was eaten at the very wonderful time of 1:30pm. It was a D-E-L-I-C-I-O-U-S Roast Beef sandwich with Horseradish cream YUMMERS! I love love LOVE this sandwich. It is supposed be served with beetroot but why ruin a delicious sammie with beetroot, I may as well put a handful of dirty in there, it tastes the same! (I think I am probs the only Aussie that hates beetroot!) This sandwich is so incredibly filling and delicious I swear that when I know this is on my menu plan I dream about it MMMMMM (FREAK!)
Lunch Stats: 258 Cals
DINNER:As you can see no current picture BOO! I didn't really eat dinner to be honest, by the time I got up to my parents house it was 7:30pm and Dyl had gone and bought Thai food for everyone. I picked a few pieces of meat out of the Szechuan Beef, Teriyaki Beef, had a small spoonful of fried rice and 3 prawn crackers. I am not really a Asian food sort of person and the last thing I wanted to do was gorge on msg filled rice! I am not too sure the exact amounts I ate but it was only a few pieces so I have tried the best to record what I think I ate.
Dinner Stats: 202 Cals
DESSERT:Now I still had a bunch of Cals left and everyone was eating Magnum Ego ice creams which I love! Why oh Why is my parents house filled with crap food, I supposed 5 hormonal girls mums smart enough to stock the fridge with crap to keep them quiet! I unfortunately gave in and had one! I didn't enjoy it at all in fact the whole time I was eating it I kept asking myself why but I didn't stop myself so I supposed I am not quite freed of my binge addiction! I felt so super sick once I finished it! I DEFINITELY WONT BE DOING THAT AGAIN!
Dessert Stats: 341 Cals
Well that's about it for Tuesday, I didn't actually go over my Cals for the day but still the last thing I want to do is live on 1200 cals of just crap NO THANK YOU!
I am still learning about eating well but I know that I am in a much better head space than I have ever been when I have tried losing weight so lets see what happens!
