Can't believe just how fast this year is flying past!

Current Weight: 112.0kgs (246.4lbs)
Gain / Loss: 1.6kgs (3.52lbs)
Total Loss: 2.1kgs (4.62lbs)
Current BMI: 49.8
Cravings: Cheese and Ice cream.
Notes or Feelings: I am SUPER DUPER happy with my weight loss this week. 1.6kgs is a pretty great amount, makes me feel like its not water weight but actual weight that I am currently losing.
I am also super happy that my BMI is now under 50% YAY! I am having cravings of dairy which is rather unsual for me because I am not a dairy fan all I need to remember is just how sick I feel after I eat anything like that!
I am really noticing how I feel super duper bad if I eat anything that isn't great. I had some prawn crackers and a ice cream for dinner last night and woke up this morning feeling sluggish and sick!
I also noticed that I started getting a migrane which I haven't had any of since I started the program!
So Glad with all my current progress!

But I am still SUPER DUPER HAPPY!

ReplyDeleteAs for the dairy thing...I think our bodies tell us what nutrients we are missing based on our cravings. Pump up the calcium!
