Thank goodness it's Thursday so that means its time for "It's Ok Thursdays" !
It's Ok because I have started training with my new gym trainer Scott. (Yet another gym trainer named Scott) I must have a secret thing for Scotts!! ha ha.
It's Ok because I finally got my wireless keyboard for my ipad so I can update my blog more on the weekends then just during the week like I usually do! Oh and it's PINK so that makes it even more Ok!
It's Ok because the doctor gave me a script for extreme pain killers to help with my horrid migraines! (my posts may be a little hard to understand soon enough though!!)
It's Ok because Dylan and I finally have some savings in the bank!
It's Ok because there is a cool change heading through to help alleviate this horrible heat!
It's Ok because in 2 weeks I am taking 3 days off for a fishing holiday with my grammy, mum, Dyl, sisters and their boyfriends.
It's Ok because tomorrow it will be 20 months since I received my kidney transplant and have had no problems KNOCK ON WOOD!
It's Ok because I am finally FINALLY getting my life back in order after all the craziness of last year!
FINALLY AND MOST IMPORTANTLY..........
IT'S OK because I am yet again doing Michelle Bridges 12 Week Body Transformation! (12wbt)
I am extremely nervous because I feel off the waggon pretty quickly last time around DUN DUN DUNN!
But I am in a better mind set this time!
And I know that I can succeed!
So let me now announce my goals!
Overall Goal:
- I want to eventually lose 40kgs (a lot of weight I know but I don't care how long it takes!)
My 1 Month Goal:
- I want to have lost 2kgs by the end of the first month. (Down to 108.0kgs)
- I want to be walking at least 2km per day ie walk to work and home each day!
I Will Get There By:
- I will follow the 12wbt to the T! I shall also document everything that I eat into my My Fitness Pal to ensure that I can stay accountable.
- I will start walking to work each day and slowly add walking home until it becomes comfortable.
My 3 Month Goal:
- I want to have lost 5kgs by the end of Round 1 2013. (105.0kgs)
- I want to be able to walk 5kms without stopping.
I Will Get There By:
- I will continue following the 12wbt to the best of my abilities ensuring that I reward myself each week that I follow perfectly ie with a new perfume or nail polish!
- I will continue walking but start adding longer distances each week perhaps using the beach to make the longer walks more pleasurable.
My 6 Month Goal:
- I want to have lost 10kgs. (Down to 100.0kgs)
- I want to be able to walk 10ks.
I Will Get There By:
- I will continue following the 12wbt each round, using the forums and the local facebook pages to keep in contact with people and keep motivated.
- I want to peruse myself to walk more and more each week, maybe add a extra 2ks each weekend building my skills up to be able to walk further each time.
My 12 Month Goal:
- By the 12 month goal I want to have lost 15 to 20kgs (down to 95 to 90kgs)
- I also want to start trying to run for at least 5 mins.
I Will Get There By:
- I want to achieve this weight loss by following every 12wbt round for 2013, I also want to reward myself with each weeks successes using non food items. I want to use the forums and local facebook pages to keep me focused.
- I want to slowly but surely start increasing the speed on the treadmill to ensure that I build myself up to run for at least 5 mins.
**Please note that obviously I have set myself low achievable goals, I imagine if my weight changes more dramatically or I can walk faster that I give myself credit for, then I shall change my goals!**
Okie Dokie well that's about all there is for

Cannot wait to start the 12wbt on Monday, now its time for me to go shove as much pizza down my throat as I can before Monday!!! JUST KIDDING!
