So I have finally got over the sickness that I picked up from my honeymoon and am now back at work!
I woke up this morning at 6 am and made myself my strawberry and banana breakfast smoothie which was 115 cals and was perfect with a glass of hot water to flush out my tummy.
Then I went for a wonderfully peaceful walk around my neighbourhood which I recorded with my amazing nike plus app.
And had to then walk to work as well becauseI left my car keys at my parents house.
I was rather happy with both walks as it has been awhile and yet I enjoyed them and walked pretty well. I grabed a medium skinny cappucino when I got to work for 80 cals. I am really trying to drink at least 2 bottles of water whilst at work, this bottle was finished by 11am.
I didn't have any lunch to take for work today so I bought a falafal and tabouleh salad, which I have been crazy craving lately!! It was amazing and only 230 cals. I also drank this bottle by 4:30 pm which I am rather happy about.
I finished work pretty late and was super exchausted so Dyl just picked up fasta pasta on the way home. I got a entree Spirali Calabrese at 839 Cals. It was amazing but pretty costly calories wise.
Well thats about it for tonight.
